Our website database holds the transcription records and information on individuals buried in Ryde Cemetery.

To date the database holds 5153 records.

Where memorials are currently visible on the ground, the information on them and the individuals is being transcribed and stored in this database.  This is a large piece of work and will be continuing for the foreseeable future, please use the options below to search the current records.  This database is growing all the time so please come back and visit in the future.  In addition to the records in the database, an A-Z list of burials, drawn from cemetery records and maps, is contained on our mapping page.  Not all of these records have been mapped yet and some have no visible markers. There are 5 main ways to search this website.

1. Quick Search - if you know what you are searching for.
2. A TO Z Search - by the first letter of people's surnames.
3. Soundex Search - for surnames using a formula that matches surnames that sound like one another.
4. Advanced Search - offering options to carry out more precise searches.
5. Newest Graves - view all of the graves with the newest graves added to the database listed first.
